Camden is unique among manufacturers in the industry with a range of policies that make purchasing easier, and we go the ‘extra mile’ to take care of our customers in the unlikely event that our products do not meet their expectation. From ‘no order minimum quantity’ to ‘no hassle’ returns, Camden puts our customers first.
All goods are shipped F.O.B. factory. Deliveries are made via UPS or Fed Ex ground service, unless otherwise specified by customer. Customer must make any claims for damage in transit or missing boxes directly with the Transport Company. Claims for packaging and/or ordering errors should be made directly to Camden within ten days of receipt of merchandise.
Returned products must be shipped freight prepaid, and will be returned freight prepaid. Please note any shipment sent to Camden freight collect, will be refused. All returns must be accompanied by a returned goods authorization number (RGA), to be issued by Camden customer service.

Camden does not have a minimum order policy.
Orders less than $50 are subject to a $25 handling fee, at the discretion of Camden Door Controls. If applicable, Camden will notify the customer prior to processing the order.
