Returns: Returned products must be shipped freight prepaid, and will be returned freight prepaid. Please note any shipment sent to Camden freight collect, will be refused. All returns must be accompanied by a returned goods authorization number (RGA), to be issued by Camden customer service.

Shipping: All goods are shipped F.O.B. factory. Deliveries are made via UPS or Fed Ex ground service, unless otherwise specified by customer. Customer must make any claims for damage in transit or missing boxes directly with the Transport Company. Claims for packaging and/or ordering errors should be made directly to Camden within ten days of receipt of merchandise.
